Our Story

Brewing at the
edge of theSierra Nevada

We opened our doors in Tahoe City with one conviction: that the best beer starts with the best water. Mountain snowmelt, filtered through granite for decades, gives our brews a mineral clarity you can't replicate anywhere else.

Every batch is small, every ingredient is intentional, and every pint poured here carries the same air you're breathing outside — crisp, thin, and alive. We're not a corporate taproom with a sign. We're neighbors who brew beer.
